Loretta Goodwin is our Promotional Consultant for the Lincoln and surrounding areas as well as an active participant on our Management Team. Currently, she serves as Communications co-chair for the Women Business Owners Network (WBON). In the past, she has served as a member of a Lincoln Business Network International (BNI) chapter where she served as President, Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer. Additionally, she belongs to the Lincoln Young Professionals Group. She joined Production Creek Specialty Advertising full time in 2005. Prior to working full-time with us she worked part-time on special products and accounting.
Loretta received her undergraduate degrees in Business with an emphasis in Management and also in Public Administration. She completed her Masters in Business Management with an emphasis in Leadership from Doane College in May 2009. She continues to travel every January to Las Vegas for intense training with the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) to obtain her Certified Advertising Specialist (CAS) certification. A CAS certification designee should have a broad understanding of all aspects of the industry, best practices, business ethics, promotional products programs and technology guidelines and Loretta is eager to join this distinguished class of industry experts.
Heather Lee is our Promotional Consultant for the Beatrice and surrounding areas. With more than 12 years experience in customer service and the last five years emphasizing on promotional product consulting, she really knows how to treat a customer well. She has worked in the capacity of sales, marketing, and general manager. Heather is an active member of the Beatrice community. Currently she serves as a Beatrice Chamber Ambassador where she has held both the chairperson and the vice chair positions. She is a Graduate of the Leadership Beatrice program, she is on the Leadership Beatrice planning board serving as vice chair for the 2010-2011 year and will be the chairperson for the 2011-2012 year. She is a member of LBAN, the Leadership Beatrice Alumni group. Heather is an active member of the Beatrice First committee where she is in her third year as chairperson. She is a past member of the East Beatrice Business Assn. and Main Street Beatrice Promotion Committees. She joined Production Creek Specialty Advertising in 2005.
Heather participates in many industry specific on-line training sessions and professional development classes to always be on top of the latest promotional trends and products. She has traveled to Chicago to attend the Advertising Specialties Institute in 2007 and to Las Vegas for the PPAI education and expo in 2010.
Jessica Johnson is our Promotional Consultant as well an active participant on our Management Team. She has worked at Production Creek Specialty Advertising since 1999 and has experience in all aspects of the company. She has a total of 18 years experience in customer service in the capacity of marketing, sales, management, banking, and retail.
Her degree is in Business Administration from Bellevue University. She passed the certification examination administered by Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) to receive the (CAS) industry certification. This accomplishment was obtained in Las Vegas, NV on January 2010.
Certified Advertising Specialist (CAS) are the promotional products industry's only professional designations. They are acquired through a combined result of number of years active in the industry, completed courses, industry contributions and other criteria. Individuals with MAS/CAS certification are recognized as industry leaders - those who have attained a superior standard of professionalism, knowledge and experience.
